General Guidelines for sanctioning of project:

1. Submission of the project proposal (Soft Copy) to DIA-CoE IIT Jodhpur as per attached format and mapped with provided general guidelines as follows:

2. Initial review by coordinating lab, followed by interaction between the PI and the relevant stake-holding lab to incorporate their modifications and suggestions into the project formulation.
3. Clearance from coordination lab and provision of the lab recommendation.
4. Review by TEC (Technical Expert Committee) and Recommendation to RAB (Research Advisory Board).
5. Review by RAB and Recommendation to GC (Governing Council).
6. Review and Approval by GC (Governing council).
7. Submission of final proposal by PI (Hard Copy through proper administrative channel of academic institute) after incorporating all correction/modification suggested by GC to DRDO HQ through DIA-CoE IIT Jodhpur.
8. Financial sanctioning by DRDO HQ.
