Procedures for Document Verification
For the official verification of student documents, it is mandatory to follow the procedure through the link provided below.

Step 1: Register Request & Generate Request ID
Please click the link and complete the required actions; -
- Agency Details: Official organization name, contact person, registered email address, etc.
- Student Details: Full name, roll number, and specific documents to be verified.
After submission, a unique Student Verification Request ID will be generated. Please keep this Request ID safe for all future correspondence.
Step 2: Acceptance of Request
- The office will review the submitted details and documents.
- You will receive a notification once the office accepts the request.
Step 3: Payment of Verification Fee
- The following charges are applicable as under through verification portal for verification of documents:

- Once the request is accepted, the payment link will automatically activate.
- Make the payment only through the same portal link.
- Download the payment receipt after a successful transaction.
Step 4: Processing of Verification
- The verification request will be processed within 7 working days after receipt of payment.
- Any deficiency or clarification required will be communicated to the agency.
- The final verification report will be issued after completion and can be downloaded from the portal itself.
