The Department of Mechanical Engineering offers five-degree programs, namely:

1. B.Tech. (ME) Program
2. B.Tech. - M.Tech (ME) (5 years)
3. M.Tech (Thermofluids Engineering) Program 
4. M.Tech (Advanced Manufacturing and Design) Program 
5. M.Tech-PhD Dual degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Advanced Manufacturing
6. M.Tech-PhD Dual degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermofluids
7. M.Tech-PhD Dual degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Design Engineering
8. Ph.D. Program in Mechanical Engineering
