IIT Jodhpur has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited and Maker Bhavan Foundation on 17th July 2025, to establish 'Anand Rathi Tinkerers' Lab. The MoU was signed by Shri Krishnav Gupta, Associate Director, Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited, and Prof. Ankita Sharma, Dean of Student Affairs, IIT Jodhpur & Ms. Damayanti Bhattacharya, CEO, Maker Bhavan Foundation, in the august presence of Prof. Avinash Kumar Agarwal, Director, IIT Jodhpur. In a major boost to frontier research at IIT Jodhpur, iHub Drishti Foundation has endowed the Institute with ₹1.66 Crores to establish two prestigious Chair Professorships.

Objective: To advance research, teaching, and innovation in immersive and intelligent visual technologies


This collaboration strengthens IIT Jodhpur's role as a leading research hub in next-generation computing and XR technologies.

IVAAN Foundation, under its initiative of empowering individuals and fostering innovation has endowed the Institute with ₹1.75 Crores.

IIT Jodhpur Wins CII Industry–Academia Partnership Award 2025 (Diamond Category)

Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur has been selected under the Diamond Category for the CII Industry–Academia Partnership Award 2025, recognising the Institute’s sustained commitment to industry engagement, collaborative research, and innovation-driven excellence.

The award was conferred during the CII Annual Summit held at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, on December 5, 2025, in the august presence of the Hon’ble Minister and senior government dignitaries.

The award was received on behalf of IIT Jodhpur by Prof. Kaushal A Desai, Dean (Resources & Alumni).

IIT Jodhpur was proudly recognized with the "Grand Jury" Award in the Government Institute category at the 1st edition of the CII Industry-Academia Partnership Awards 2024.

The Office of Corporate Relations also set up a dynamic exhibition stall during the CII Annual Summit on Technology, Intellectual Property and Industry Academia Partnership 2024 on 12 December 2024.

IIT Jodhpur has been on boarded as the Academic Partner for the “The India CSR & Sustainability Conclave” organised by Brands Global Media, scheduled on 2nd August 2025 at the India International Centre, New Delhi. Dr. Kirti Sankhala, Assistant Professor, CETSD, will be a Panel Speaker on the topic “Vision 2047: Building a Net- Zero, Inclusive, and Resilient India” and Dr. Chandana N, Assistant Professor, CETSD, shall participate as an Expert in the sustainability project/case study segment in the conclave.

Udaan Scholarship
