I am an assistant professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Jodhpur since July 2019. I completed my PhD in March, 2019 from IIT Delhi under the guidance of Prof. Subodh V. Modak and Prof. Kshitij Gupta. My PhD work deals with development of adaptive algorithms for active control of noise in vibro-acoustic cavities like car, helicopter, room etc. Prior to that, I completed my M.Tech with specialization in Solid Mechanics and Design from IIT Kanpur in August, 2012. I developed, under the guidance of Prof. Nachiketa Tiwari, a lumped parameter model of an electrodynamic shaker via non-destructive testing.  I did my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from University College of Engineering, Patiala. During my B.Tech project, I contributed towards time study and ergonomics study of main assembly conveyor line, and working procedure of an air suspension vehicle in Swaraj Mazda Limited, Ropar, Punjab.
