Kuntal Som is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Economic Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. His primary research interests is broadly in mathematical optimization theory and specilaizing in set-valued optimization and bilevel Programming. Other interest includes, game theory, quantum information theory, but mainly from the perspective of optimization.
