On 18 August 2025, the International Relations Office at IIT Jodhpur organised the 2nd International Student Orientation Program. The event was designed to welcome newly admitted international students and familiarize them with the institute’s academic environment, research ecosystem, and campus culture. In this program, the Director, IIT Jodhpur; the Dean of International Relations; the Dean of Student Affairs; the Dean of Executive Education; and the Associate Dean, Hostel Affairs, were invited so that all the concerns/challenges faced by the students could be discussed and resolved.

Students from countries such as Nepal, Bangladesh, the United States, and several others participated, reflecting the institute’s growing global outreach. The program highlighted IIT Jodhpur’s commitment to world-class education, interdisciplinary research, and international collaboration, while also introducing students to the diverse opportunities available through campus life, including cultural activities, student organizations, and community engagement.

This initiative underscored IIT Jodhpur’s vision of fostering a globally connected academic community and strengthening its role as a hub for cross-cultural exchange and holistic student development.
