Establishment (E-I) facilitates
The Office of Establishment facilitates the following:
(A) General Administration & Discipline
- Formulation of Policies for non-academic Staff Members;
 - Human resource management including training of Staff Members;
 - Performance appraisal of Staff Members;
 - Instituting procedures for efficiency enhancement;
 - Leave Management;
 - Preparation of an Administrative Manual and ensuring its implementation;
 - Welfare, health and safety of Staff Members; and
 - Celebration of National Events.
 
(B) Employee Service Matters
- Service matters of non-academic Staff Members relating to appointments, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.;
 - Maintenance of personal history records of non-academic Staff Members;
 - Deal with matters relating to Staff Member entitlements (such as advances of various types);
 - Maintain & update General Service & Conduct Rules;
 - Advise & mentor non-academic Staff Members;
 - Receipt & Issue of Mail;
 - General Matters;
 - House building & Conveyance Advances; and
 - Group Insurance & Other Employee welfare schemes.
 
(C) Faculty Member Matters
- Welfare;
 - Training & development;
 - Discipline;
 - Performance Appraisal;
 - Grant of medium- & short-term leaves; and
 - Nominations for attending seminars & conferences, etc. (including travel grants).
 
(D) Faculty Member Recruitment
- Management of Cadre;
 - Creation of posts;
 - Announcement posts;
 - Management of Reservation Roster; and
 - Facilitate due process for recruitment.
