We are delighted to share that Shahzad Ahmed, PhD Research Scholar from the Department of Materials Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, has been honored with the 
Best Oral Presentation Award at the 2nd International Conference on Materials Science and Engineering, held on October 06–07, 2025, at the Millennium Hotel Paris Charles De Gaulle, Paris, France, organized by Prezentis.
Shahzad was invited to present his talk titled:
“A One-Step Fabricated ZnO@ITO Electronic-Tongue for Real-Time Spiciness Detection in Chili Samples.”
His work presents an innovative real-time electronic-tongue platform for flavor and food-quality monitoring, a promising step toward next-generation smart sensing technologies.
