Dr Bhushan holds a PhD in Economics from the IIT Hyderabad. After obtaining his PhD, he worked with the IIIT Hyderabad (Postdoctoral Research Fellow) and the IIM Bodh Gaya (Faculty). His research interests include international trade and macroeconomic interactions. He has published on these issues in journals such as Applied Economics, International Economics, and International Journal of Finance and Economics, among others. He has received the Literati Award from Emerald Publishers for a highly commended paper. Bhushan has presented his research at several international and national conferences both in India and abroad. He has also served as a reviewer for several renowned international journals.
