About:

Dr. Monika Dubey is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, specializing in wastewater treatment, analytical chemistry, and environmental risk assessment. Her research focuses on emerging contaminants in the environment and analyzing their fate during wastewater treatment using LC-MS and UPLC QToF.

She holds a Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee, where her research centered on wastewater treatment and environmental pollution. She completed her M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur (2017) and her B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (2014).

Before joining IIT Jodhpur, Dr. Dubey served as an Assistant Professor at KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, in the Department of Civil Engineering (July 2017 – December 2017). Her expertise includes wastewater analysis, water purification technologies, environmental remediation, and mass spectrometry techniques such as UHPLC-MS/MS.

With a strong background in environmental engineering and pollution control, Dr. Dubey continues to contribute to advancements in sustainable wastewater management and environmental protection.
