My research focuses on energy challenges, energy inequality, climate change dynamics, urban and spatial challenges, and the macro-level economic costs of crime. Before joining IIT Jodhpur, I was working as an Assistant Professor at IIM Rohtak. I have a PhD degree from IIT Ropar and an MA in Economics from Pondicherry University. My works have been published in Economics Letters, Energy Policy, Journal of Business Research, American Journal of Economics and Sociology, International Economics, Journal of Asian Economics, International Trade Journal, Applied Energy, and other economics and management academic journals.
