Biography

I am Satyajit Sahu, working as an Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur. I completed my PhD from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS) Kolkata in the year 2009 and then went on to work as a Postdoctoral Fellow in National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Tsukuba, Japan.

Research

I work in the area of semiconductor devices useful for neuromorphic computing. The device that is of interest to me is the memristor, which enables the functionalities of neuromorphic computing. I am also working on photovoltaic devices and thermoelectric devices, both experimentally and computationally.
