Dr Seema Saini is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the IIT Jodhpur. Before joining IIT Jodhpur, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Dr BR Ambedkar School of Economics University. She earned her PhD in Economics from the Department of Economics at IIT Kanpur. Her research focuses on macro-finance, firm dynamics, and applied econometrics. She examines how firm-level dynamics influence the broader macroeconomy and explores the macroeconomics of climate change. She also studies important issues in development economics.
