a) Decisions are taken in accordance with the provisions of the Act/Statutes/Ordinances/Rules & Regulations / Policies, Rules, etc. of the Institute • The Director, Deputy Director, Deans, Registrar, and Officers of the institute have been authorized by the Institutes of Technology Act, 1961 and Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act 2012, the First Statutes of IIT Jodhpur 2017 and through the Delegation of Financial Powers to take key decisions. |
