Dr. Mahesh Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering has selected for the Abdul Kalam Technology Innovation National Fellowship for a period of three years with effect from October 01, 2022. The selection is based on work carrying out on the topic “IoT enabled 2D Materials functionalized AlGaN/GaN transistor for water quality monitoring”.

The Abdul Kalam Technology Innovation National Fellowship is instituted with the objective of recognizing the importance of translational research by individuals to achieve excellence in engineering, innovation and technology development in India.
