DH at IIT Jodhpur is premised on project-oriented knowledge production on the practical application of methods and involves interdisciplinary collaboration workflows. Examples of research emphases include (but are not limited to):

Research Goals
The following are the core overarching research goals
- Building a digital repository of data and ontology
- Building computational tools to understand cultural changes (text as a digitally mediated object; contextualizing the digital object; asking questions of it in terms of its material aspects)
- Critically analyzing digital embodiment.
