Abstract | |
Many real-world critical systems (e.g., aircraft, human space flight, and unmanned aerial vehicle systems), utilize mission aborts to enhance their survivability. A mission can be aborted when a certain malfunction condition is met and a rescue procedure is then initiated. In this talk, we will discuss different decision parameters for abort the mission, shock models, mission success probability and system survival probability. | |
