About the speaker:
Tapas is a semiconductor Industry veteran with 33+ years of experience in various design and managerial capacities for analog and mixed-signal intellectual properties (IPs) and Products, spanning over wire-line communication PHYs, Data-converters, Power management, clocking, Thermal Sensors, IOs, etc. He started his career in CDAC, Pune, and worked in STMicroelectronics and Synopsys before joining Intel, Bangalore.
He holds Master of Technology from IIT, Kanpur & Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics & Tele-Communication, from Bengal Engineering College (now IIEST).
Tapas has 12 granted & 2 filed patents, 9 publications in International Conferences, and delivered talks in various forums. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and Solid-State Circuits Society. He is also an adjunct faculty member at IIT-Jodhpur.
