Booking for External Sample

Guidelines for booking slots of external samples:

Step 1. First send the query regarding the status of equipment to be used to the mail id escase@iitj.ac.in.

Step 2. After receiving the query a confirmation email with the link of payment portal will be sent. The payment has to be transferred online.

Step 3. Send samples to the following address

                      Centre for Research & Development of Scientific Instruments (CRDSI),

                      Chemistry Building, Room No 111, Ground Floor

                      N.H. 62, Nagaur Road, Karwar, 342030 India

Step 4. After receiving payment and samples slot/s will be booked for your samples.

Step 5. Data will be sent within 7 days after completion of your samples.


Guidelines for payment:

  1. Only electronic transfer of money is accepted. Kindly notice that DD/cheque/cash will not be received.
  2. If extra money is transferred mistakenly, no refund will be processed. Instead, the extra sample will be done to compensate.
  3. IIT Jodhpur has exempted from the TDS. Therefore, industries/companies are requested not to deduct TDS. An exemption certificate will be provided on request.
  4. Further, if the payer wants to take GST claim, then please capture the following additional details at the online payment portal mandatorily

          a.  Firm Name

          b.  GST Number and

          c.  Address with Pincode and State.
