Office of Accounts
The Office of Accounts facilitates the following:
(a)  Finance
  1.  Fund mobilization & revenue planning;
  2. Preparation of Annual Budget;
  3. Budgetary control of grants;
  4. Cash planning & management; and
  5. Coordination with finance units of funding agencies, including Union and State Governments.
(b) Accounts
  1. Maintenance of accounts;
  2. Preparation of Financial Statement;
  3. Scrutiny of financial proposals;
  4. Effecting payments for purchases & services;
  5. Investment Monitoring;
  6. Assistance to various Audit Agencies; and
  7. Work related to statutory bodies like but not limited to CBDT, Income Tax, NSDL for New Pension Scheme.
